On November 26th 2017, 1win Azerbaijan Student Network along with the Embassy of Azerbaijan to Czech Republic has participated at the annual International Christmas Festival at Hilton hotel Prague. The ICF is a prestigious annual event organized and coordinated by the Diplomatic Spouses Association.  The Congress Hall of the Hilton Hotel was once again the venue of this vibrant and important fundraising occasion. The festival was opened by Czech Republic First Lady Mrs. Zemanova, the patron of this DSA activity.

​Visitors had the opportunity to buy a wide variety of products from Azerbaijan: souvenirs, fashion accessories, handicrafts as well as Azerbaijan made jams, pomegranate sauces, pomegranate and quince  juices.

“For our organization, it is very pleasing that in contrast with other years of the ICF, this year ASN was able to actively contribute to Azerbaijani stand, providing materials and souvenirs for charity,” said country director of 1win Azerbaijan Student Network, Czech Republic Eldar Valiyev.  ASN became third contributor to Azerbaijani stand after the Embassy of Azerbaijan and A.R.K. Industry s.r.o.

Also, one of our student members – Kamilla Asgarova was an active participant of cultural program of the International Christmas Festival performing Azerbaijani national dances, such as “Nalbeki” or “Sari Gelin”.

It is noteworthy to add that all proceeds from entrance fee and sales at the ICF help Czech charities.
