“potential development – explore your full potential!” Career coaching by Eva Werle and Corinna Adam What are my natural resources? What drives me to peak performance? How can I use my energy optimally? And how do I get to combine my personal work preferences and values with a corporate culture? In order to reach our full potential, we need to know what that potential is. In our presentation we will introduce the audience to a variety of tools and methods to source untapped talent. Participants will develop an idea of what it takes to discover their inner motor, preferences and natural skills. Once this discovery has been made, it becomes easier to plan a well-founded career that provides success and satisfaction in the long-term. |
